The costs of the intake can be offset against a follow-up process.

A structured assessment of the current situation in relation to relevant standards and legislative requirements.

This process includes:

  • Analysis of existing control measures

  • Identification of control gaps

  • Risk-linked recommendations

  • Prioritization of improvement actions

Result:

  • Overview of deviations

  • Concrete improvement plan

  • Phased roadmap towards compliance

The final investment depends on the size and complexity.

ISMS structuring & Readiness Support

Customization

Support in setting up or improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS).

This may include:

  • Drafting or structuring policy documentation

  • Control design and process layout

Guidance is available on a project basis or as periodic support.

Ongoing Security Advisory

Strategic security advice on a subscription basis

€750 per month (excluding VAT)

For organizations that need structural security management without hiring a full-time security officer.

This subscription offers independent and risk-driven advice in the field of physical and digital security, with a focus on continuity, governance, and compliance.

Included:

  • Up to 4 hours of strategic advice per month

  • Quarterly risk and measure review

  • Support with supplier and solution evaluations

  • Guidance on compliance issues (including ISO 27001, NIS2)

  • Responding to security issues by email

  • Advice in the event of incidents (strategic level)

Unused hours expire at the end of the month.

Optional extension:

  • Additional hours: $95 per hour

  • On-site support: daily rate upon request

  • Management-oriented reporting (upon request)
